Cancellation Policy

Liability Waiver and Agreement I acknowledge that participation in any physical activity, including yoga, carries an inherent risk of injury. I understand that yoga practices may challenge my cardiovascular, respiratory, and musculoskeletal systems, including elements such as strength, flexibility, balance, breathing, and endurance. I confirm that I have either consulted with a medical professional and received approval to participate in a yoga practice, or that I have chosen to participate voluntarily without seeking such approval. I accept full responsibility for my participation in any yoga, movement, or related activities offered by the training. I understand that it is my responsibility to inform the instructor prior to each class of any injuries, medical conditions, limitations, or health concerns that may affect my participation or increase the risk of injury. I acknowledge that participation is undertaken at my own risk, and that the organizers and instructors are not responsible for any injury, illness, or health condition that may arise as a result of participating in these activities. I understand that a space may be provided for personal belongings during classes or training sessions. However, I acknowledge that the organizers are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property. I acknowledge that photographs, video, or audio recordings may occasionally be taken during classes or training sessions. I grant permission for this material to be used for promotional, educational, or informational purposes. I understand that I will not receive compensation for the use of such material and waive any rights to review or approve the final content. I understand that my contact details, including email address and phone number, may be collected for administrative purposes. I consent to being contacted regarding course information, scheduling, account matters, and occasional updates related to programs or offerings. By booking this course you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined above.
