VINYASA YOGA TEACHER TRAINING 200 HR
International Certification Yoga Alliance
June - December 2026 in Melbourne

A Journey back to Yourself

This training is both an inner process of self-development and an external integration through teaching.

It invites deep self-inquiry and a direct experience of the core tools of Yoga: asana, pranayama, and meditation.
On the other hand, it provides a solid pedagogical foundation, including functional anatomy, clear and precise cueing, intelligent sequencing, observation skills, and hands-on adjustments.

Together, these elements support a meaningful integration of practice and teaching, allowing you to embody what you learn and confidently share it with others.

It's organised in eight weekends (Saturday and Sunday) spread throughout seven months and a weekly 75 min. practice.

TESTIMONIALS FROM OUR DEAR GRADUATES

PHOTO-2026-03-30-18-58-04_edited.jpg

“I completed my first yoga teacher training with Lucia in 2018, and I immediately fell in love with her approach. She has a fluid, somatic style that brought a deep sense of freedom to my practice. I learned so much during that time, and I continue to carry those teachings with me today.

Her influence has added so much depth to my practice, and now, as I teach my own classes, I naturally bring that same fluid, somatic quality into my teaching.”

“The teacher training with Lu and her team was an incredibly enriching experience. They offered me new tools that, even today, after years later, I still remember as if it were yesterday. I believe that’s because the way they taught and explained everything, with such presence and care that it truly landed on a deep level.

In every class, you could feel that everything was thoughtfully designed to support us and help us expand.

I’m so, so grateful to have been part of her training".

Sofia Germino

“I met Lucía in a dance class, and the way she moved immediately caught my attention. When I later discovered what she shared on social media, I knew I wanted to get closer. Her way of understanding the body, of moving it, of reading it, is so captivating that I feel her presence still lives on in my daily practice. She is, and will always be, my teacher.

I feel so grateful that my guide was such an extraordinary woman, who helped me connect with pleasure, kindness, silence, and so much more.

The teacher training is a journey in my life that I will never forget. I return to it in every practice.”
