Service Description
It is a dynamic style of Yoga Asana (postural Yoga) in which while we move through different sequences of postures, we attend to breathe, to Drishti (gaze), to intelligent alignment and to our internal world. We also practice other limbs of Yoga, such as Pranayama (Breath regulation), Meditation, Self reflection and visualisation. The practice can be physically strong, but flows at a slow pace, allowing you to immerse in a meditative state while moving and to take all the pauses that you need. Challenges will be offered, as well as modifications. The space is fully invitational and you're welcome to regulate your practice in a way that you take care of yourself the whole time. The Somatic approach means that although we attend to how to build each posture and the transitions, we also emphasises into our internal experience, tapping into our felt sense to guide the rhythm, the intensity and into our sense of curiosity and exploration.

Sessions are non-refundable and non-transferrable, but you can make up your classes whenever there are classes available. You can use your pass for any classes at Dance of Life. By booking your class you're giving your consent that you are physically, mentally and emotionally able to take this class. This class will be recorded for the online students and we will make our best to not be intrusive of your privacy. Thank you for your understanding!
