WEEKLY CLASSES Feldenkrais Method (Book Below)


Feldenkrais is a somatic movement based method in which you learn how to move with much more ease and comfort. Whether this is walking, sitting, practicing your favourite sport, dancing or even recovering from an injury.

Relearn how to organise your skeleton in an efficient way so that you flow together with gravity, allowing your muscles to use the least amount of effort they need for every action that you do. It is an opportunity to revisit your habitual movement and thinking patterns and replace them if necessary with ones that support a more intelligent organisation and better use of self.

Learn how to move from the inside out, attending to how the movement travels through your bones and tissues, rather than how it looks externally.


Usually we begin lying down on the floor with a body scan, helping us to ground ourselves and tap into sensation. For the first sixty minutes I will be guiding you through a sequence of movement that responds to the focus of the class, whether this is the pelvis, the spine, the breath, the eyes. And as you explore the different movements that I offer, the invitation is to stay curious as you move gently and slow, treating your body kindly. This will prevent your muscles from bracing themselves and you will begin to experience a deep sense of lightness, spaciousness and connection throughout the whole of you, learning about the different body parts and how they relate to each other.

The last fifteen minutes of the class will be an invitation to allow your body to express itself in its own way through dance movement. Although I will still be guiding you, there will be no specific sequence, but an opportunity to keep listening to your felt sense, to your body's knowing as you follow the music. This way of moving, of dancing, reconnects us with the joy of being alive, it enhances our intuition, creativity and playfulness and gives us a sense of agency over our own body, improving our self confidence.


Everybody is welcome! You don't need any experience in movement nor dancing. Just bring your curiosity and your interest in knowing and enjoying yourself through conscious movement.

Recalling the medicine of movement through different movement sequences using the floor as the main source of sensory feedback, allowing sensation and breath to guide you. Tracking the journey of the attention and deliberately choose where and what to attend to, while holding yourself kindly and lovingly throughout the process. An invitation to explore with curiosity your habitual patterns so that you have more freedom of choice and expand the boundaries of what is possible. As you begin to find more space within and a sense of groundedness, of safety in your physical self, there's more clarity in your mind and lightness, aliveness in your spirit.

Because of the way we live our lives, always in a rush and in a hiperproductive, goal oriented mode, we keep holding and bracing ourselves and this impacts our nervous system creating imbalances at many levels. 

So by attending to ourselves tenderly, moving through the inside out at a very subtle level, giving ourselves time to track sensation and to feel ourselves, so that our skeleton, musculature and fascia can organise in a more efficient way, allowing ourselves to move through life with much more ease, pleasure, authenticity and pain free.  

Living Body

It is an embodied movement-based system that borns out of my own curiosity and self-inquiry through this vast and mysterious body~wholeness that we are. Diverse elements are integrated such as Feldenkraisauthentic movement, contemporary dance, somatic practices, breath work  energetic recalibration, among others. It is an alive system that continues to evolve and unfold as I am myself a fully alive process. 



WORKSHO'The three cavities' 

~ Somatic Groundwork ~ Organic alignment ~ Dance exploration 



In this class the focus will be on the three main cavities in the body: the skull, the rib basket, the pelvis, and their corresponding diaphragms. Exploring the interrelation between them as well as each cavity independently. 

Moving through simple sequences that will explore our relationship with the ground, the space, with gravity. It is an invitation to feel into your sensations through your sense felt.
Allowing yourself to feel strong from the inside out, noticing the different flow of forces that travel through you, sensing and being informed by the tensegric organisation of the living architecture that you are.

The practice includes journaling.

Everybody is welcome! You don't need any experience in movement nor dancing. 
Just bring your curiosity to move in different ways, as well as your body’s call to move intuitively, to unwind, to play, recalling the sensual being that you are through bodyful movement.

SIX WEEK COURSE 'Moving from within'

During this six week journey we will be exploring a different somatic floor based sequence inspired by the developmental movement patterns.

Diverse elements such as contemporary dance, authentic movement, improvisation, breathwork and meditation will be weaved within each gathering.

This Journey it is an invitation to:

~Listen to your body's voice and intelligence with an open heart, patience and honesty
~Explore an organic alignment from an embodied and living anatomy, rather than from a hierarchical and theoretical anatomic perspective
~Recall and retune with your inner guidance
~Tap into the pleasure of being your body
~Find more harmonic pathways to move in your everyday life, as well as bringing this embodied knowledge to any physical practice that you usually practice
~Journal as a way of documenting your insights, experiences during the whole course.


Many of us, because of different past life experiences that couldn't find a way to be expressed or be integrated, end up in rigidity or chronic pain, loosing vitality, ease, naturalness, spontaneity and authenticity in the way we move. So as we recall and find more harmonic ways of moving, the impact is seen directly in the way we feel, we think, we perceive, in the way we are in the world and connect with the environment.

We will be attending to how gravity travels through us, sensing our relationship with the earth, the space around and the other people in the room. Through each sequence we will give ourselves time to amplify our listening allowing new patterns and ways of moving to unfold.

All of the exercises are invitational and you can always give yourself the pauses you need!

Everyone is welcome! You don't need any specific experience in movement, dance or meditation.

This work it is inspired by Lucia's main mentor~guide Roxana Galand founder of 'La fuerza de la Naturaleza en el cuerpo y en la danza', by Moshé Feldenkrais, by Kaila June, founder of 'Somakinese School' and all the sensitive dancers~movers that she met along the way. It is also based in more than twenty years of experience in the field of movement, being herself her first laboratory.
